By downloading or using the Linera application, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

1. App Store EULA Agreement

Linera is licensed to you subject to your prior acceptance of the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), which is incorporated herein by reference. You can view the Apple Standard EULA on the Apple website.

2. Permitted Use

You are granted a non-transferable license to use Linera on any Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service.

3. Local-First Operation

All quote scanning, text recognition, storage, and sharing card composition take place locally on your device. We do not provide hosting or cloud services for your data. You are solely responsible for backing up your device using Apple iCloud or other backup solutions.

4. Limitation of Liability

Linera is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
